How does Deta-Vast work?

Deta-Vast is a combination of secondment and permanent employment. You join us and start with a temporary position within another organization. After a certain period of time, the organization has the option to hire you as a permanent employee.

What is the difference between Deta-Vast and a permanent job?

Deta-Vast is a structure where you first work for an organization on a temporary basis. After a certain period of time, we will discuss the possibility of permanent employment. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the work environment and company culture better first.

Will I be paid by you or the client?

During the temporary period, you will be paid by us. You work for an organization but are officially employed by us. We take care of your salary and other benefits. This means you don't have to worry about payments from the organization where you temporarily work.

As an interim professional, can I make use of secondary employment conditions?

Sure! You are entitled to the same benefits as our permanent employees. This means that, like our colleagues, you get 25 vacation days. In addition, you will benefit from the STIPP pension.

How does the transition from temporary work to permanent employment work?

This varies by situation. If there is a perfect match between you and your client, we will discuss the possibility of continuing in permanent employment. This may mean that you will be offered an employment contract with the organization where you work temporarily.
